Stephen Reddy
Stephen is the owner of SR Football Development Ltd. He has had over 12 years experience in delivering school sport across Cheshire and is a familiar face in the majority of local primary schools. He also coaches within Manchester United's academy setup, having previously coached at Tranmere Rovers Academy and is currently working towards his UEFA A License.

Pat Walsh
Pat has been teaching Primary and Secondary school PE for the last 10 years also being a School Sports Coordinator for 3 years. Pat, alongside with coaching, will also be the SRFD assessor and will visit all of our schools to mark the children on their PE to provide useful feedback for teachers and parents.

Andy McDonough
Andy has worked alongside Steve for the past 10 years coaching talented young footballers. He has also coached at Tranmere Rovers Academy and works in a number of our schools delivering wake up shake up clubs, PPA lessons & after school football clubs.

Matthew Rawlinson
Matthew joined us as part of his work placement from the University of Chester, after a great few weeks he has joined us as a part-time member of staff whilst he finishes his university degree.

We require an FA Qualified football coach to lead fun and active football sessions every day after school.
Responsibilities would include:
- To create fun and active games for small groups of children to engage in and enjoy.
- To be innovative and creative in game selection to ensure all children are participating.
- To ensure all children are safe and secure within their environment.

Paul Cleworth
Paul is one of our most experienced football coaches. He has worked with many different schools and football club academies across all age ranges. Paul currently works as a lead coach at Everton's ladies academy.

Luke Jones
Luke has worked for SRFD for a number of years on a part time basis delivering in school and after school sessions to young footballers. He has recently completed 8 months in China, coaching in schools and teams around Shanghai and previously worked at Manchester City as a performance analyst. He is currently completing his UEFA B licence award.

Dan Walker
Dan has a wealth of coaching experience, he works in a number of schools for SRFD, delivering Wake Up Shake Up, PPA sessions & after school football clubs. He works closely with Chester Schools FA, delivering their schoolboys programme at primary school and high school ages. Dan also runs all of our social media platforms ensuring our content is up to date and of a high quality.

Jon Ritchie
Jon is our goalkeeper coach working with all abilities of goalkeepers from beginners, academy and professional players. Jon has worked with Liverpool FC, Tranmere Rovers FC, Bury FC, Manchester City FC and many more.
